Your digital business card is active right after purchase. You can log in to your user panel, enter your information and start using it.
Once you submit your design, the card is printed and shipped to you, and it becomes active with the first scan. You can still enter your information and complete the steps from your user panel before and after the card arrives.

No, you do not need to send us your bank card. To protect your security and privacy we receive neither your card nor any of your information. A tutorial video is provided with your metal card, and following it you convert your own bank card into the metal bank card yourself and start using it.

Physical cards become active with the first scan, but entering your information and completing the steps from your user panel is possible both before and after the card arrives. You can edit your profile information at any time.
First make sure NFC is on in your phone settings and the screen is unlocked. Then bring the card to the top back of the phone (where the NFC antenna is) and wait a few seconds. A thick or metal case can interfere. If it still does not open, scan the QR code on the card or message support.
If your card is lost or for any reason you cannot use your previous card, a card identical to the old one will be issued for you at a 50 percent discount. This happens after the first card is deactivated. Contact our team to arrange it.
