For security, you do not need to send your bank card to Cartino. Your metal card is delivered first, and you transfer the card information by following the included guide.

The Cartino metal bank card is a durable, luxurious version of an ordinary bank card, made with the design and color you choose and usable on card readers and ATMs. Your design is engraved on the metal body and does not fade over time.
The metal bank card with a ready-made design costs 1,790,000 Toman as a one-time payment. If you want your own custom design, a custom design fee of 365,000 Toman is added.
Of course! You can use this special card without any problem, just like your regular bank card.
Cartino metal cards are currently available to order in 3 matte colors: silver, black and gold. For corporate or group orders and large quantities, a custom color can also be prepared for you.
Never! Since your chosen design is engraved on the card, it can never be erased.
Yes, why not! In your user panel you can choose the double-sided print option and submit the design you want for both sides of the card.
Yes, of course. Whenever you need to, you can transfer your new bank card to the metal bank card, and there is no need to order the card again.
No, you do not need to send us your bank card. To protect your security and privacy we receive neither your card nor any of your information. A tutorial video is provided with your metal card, and following it you convert your own bank card into the metal bank card yourself and start using it.

Standard preparation of a metal bank card takes 10 to 14 business days at no extra cost; if you need it sooner, fast preparation (1 to 3 business days) is available when you order for an extra 500,000 Toman. After preparation, the card is delivered in person, by courier or by express post; delivery time is preparation plus shipping.
